Ring multiple phones simultaneously?

Hi, 3300ICP device.

Is it possible to setup a mechanism that will ring several telephones all at the same time? If so, how?

You can do this with Ring Groups (Under Call Handling) but you will need to be on Rel 8.0 or higher of the 3300 software

Okay, thanks for that. We are currently on V6 but are due to upgrade shortly so I'll take a look then.

It might also be worth looking at Suite Services if you need this before your upgrade (I think this is available in rel 6). This is meant for use in Hotels where multiple phones are linked to a single number in the same room. You may be able to get it to do what you need.

The simplect method for your software level is to program a multicall key with a unique DN on each of the phones.

The DN can be routed to voicemail if desired and a message lamp key also programmed on the sets.

Too simple really.
