ring groups stops working mitel 7.2 software

Hi all,
we have in a Mivb 7.2 ring group set to ring all, and sudenly one of the 3 members stops ringing.
also in the same instance there is a other ring group with 4 ore 5 members and no one member is ringing. If you dail the members number directly it wil ring but not via the ring group pilot number, there is nothing set on the phone number its clean.

Are the members,that not ring, "Present" in the group?

Yes all the users in the group are Present.

As a test: Remove an user and add it again.

Done that already ,I can also delete all the stuff bun then it will work fine ,
We want to know why it stops working .This is not the first ring group that stops. Its everything a other one.
