Ring Delay to group of sets

I'm sure there is a simple solution to this but I've had no luck trying to figure it out.

What I want to accomplish is:

2 "reception" phones will ring 3 times on all incoming calls. If the call is not picked up after 3 rings, it will continue to ring on the reception phones as well as a group of 5 or 6 other phones. If the call remains unanswered after 6 rings it should go to the AA on the callpilot.

Any hints on how to set this up correctly? The system is a CICS 4.1

In AA menu did you set up ringing for 5 or 6 rings

Yes, the AA portion works fine, the delayed ring is the only problem.
