Ring Count before transfer to voice mail

Hello,

I have Panasonic TDA-200 with TVA-50 VM. i have spent many hours trying to find out how to change the count ring before a call transferred to the voice mail of the user, i almost tried every settings with no luck!
could you please help with that? and if i can change this setting by station and not globally.

Have u looked at call forward after a certain number of rings. I beleive the VM has a number

I may be the time to source for local Tech support.
 
VM - is a transfer destination.
Transfer originator is your KX-TDA system, so you should to check out KX-TDA settings - not VM.

See 4-1-1 menu item, "Intercept No Answer Time" tab, or 4-1-2 menu item (when connected to KX-TDA via UPCMC).
