I have a customer that has an Autoattendant that picks up after 5 rings.
All lines ring and appear on all sets.
As it is now when someone calls in it rings 5 times if unansered and the AA picks up. They then can transfer to a phone, if nobody picks it up it waits for 6 rings. That is 11 rings before they can leave a message!!
With ring and appear on all phones, if we set a personal voicemail to pick up after 3 rings their voicemail answers the incoming lines!
How can I set this up so that they can have 3 rings on their own voicemail and stop it from answering the incoming lines?
