I think the simplest thing to do in this situation is change remote coverage. The command is "change cov remote" You plug in to one of the open spaces the user's cell phone number (preceded by a 9). For example,
01[918885550000]. Write down the number of the slot you input the cell number to. Create a coverage path. In the first point of coverage input "r01" (that is "r" for remote and "01" for slot number of cell phone from previous step). The next point of coverage should be your voice mail hunt group number. Adjust the number of rings to something comfortable like 2 or possibly 3. This will allow the user to receive calls at their desk and cell phone simultaneously. This is set up so neat that what it does when it calls out to the user's cell phone is create a conference call with the first open line appearance on their desktop. Say they are in a colleague's office down the hall, and they have their cell phone with them at the time; they would be able to get the call on their cell, return to their desk, and pick up the lit appearance of that call from their telephone. Like all good things, there is a small hitch. Eventhough this works like a charm, cell phones tend to be bad boys and girls at times. If the cell phone doesn't drop the call, the calling party will be transferred into the user's cell phone mailbox instead of their office mailbox. That is the only thing that may pose a problem, but even that is minor because the call is never lost. Hope I was clear and helpful.
