I have RightFax working a NI2 PRI running off my CS100M. Is there a way I can make the PRI have a default "Caller ID" (937)123-4567. What I want to do is assign a number to all outbound calls. I will then put that number on our "Support Center" phones so if they get somebody calling them on that number and complaining about receiving the fax tone, they can contact someone in the RightFax group, instead of walking me up at 3:00am.[dazed]

OK I found a prompt in the RDB called "CTBL" which stands for "CLID manipulation index". Now the 10 million dollar question is which/where (LD xx) do you program it up in?

Not sure how you do the Right Fax ,but If you have DNs associated with it ,You can configure CLID entry different than a normal one but falls in teh same DID range. And then all right fax related DNs can be mapped with the same CLID

I do have a DN that is configured for DN 4567, on our "Support Center" phones. As for the RightFax numbers, we receive them from the CO, and they are steered to RightFax via LD.87. Because I not sending out a "Caller ID" number the outgoing
calls are defaulting to the number assigned by the CO for which ever PRI span it uses for outgoing calls. Which happens to be our main business number. (Therefore I get woke up at all hours). See below for example of the D-Channel messages

If people take note of the caller ID your are trying to set up on Right Fax, they will then start sending fax calls in to your call center number/main number, and unless you have something set up in there to detect and transfer to a fax or right fax, you are going to have a lot of upset call center managers when they start getting those calls, so make sure before you activate this scenario. Why don't you just send out the DID number that Right fax is using, then it will come back in the same way? Just curious.
