RightFax & 81C

we license RightFax server with a Brooktrout Board for the windows server. i need to add a t1 card in our 81c switch and direct some of our DIDs to this for fax. would you plz tell me how to add the t1 card and define it in 81C (i already have a T1 card). thanks in advance.

is this a pri or a plain t1?.. either way you need to add the t1 to the cequ 1st.. do you know where you are going to install the card? if your not sure post your cequ and one of us will let you know where it will fit.. they can not be in any vacant slot in the common shelfs

First tell us what type of T1 card you have...
Different types go in different slots.
**Dual PRI (NT5D12) is a Network card and must go in a network slot.
**Old Single (QPC720) Ties to a network card and goes in any slot just for power. Note this card is also doublewide.

Also decide which protocol you are going yo use. QSIG, EURO isdn with ETSI. CRC4 ON or OFF.
Who is NET (master) or User.
