Does anyone have any experience with this? We've got it all setup. Although we want the user to use Groupwise (6.5) only and not the RightFax client. So an ideal situation is where the user creates a file in Office 2K/XP and wants to send a fax. How can we make it easy for the user to send a fax. Unlike:

to: ngwapi.{phone/name}

Any suggestions would be helpful. If there is a way that we can create a script in Office that would ask for two variables (phone and name) then drop them into the To: field of groupwise new mail. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Have you installed the RightFax client on the workstation? If so, the RightFax install adds a printer. Once the email has been created all they have to do is send the job to the RightFax print driver and they will fax information screen where you will supply the phone number and other details.

Set the RightFax accounts for autologin so that they don't get prompted to login every time they want to send a fax.

This is a option although not a desired output. We want the users to have one button functionality. I found a tool called GWSend that would reduce the amount of syntax for the user. It only needs a GUI on top of it. There is also a company in England that does Groupwise intergration although if your in the US you up a shit creek because Captaris doesn't acknowledge they exist. Even though they are a Captaris vendor. Thanks for the input though.
