right side of report not printed

hello,
We are printing on an epson printer a report
the right side of the report is not printed ,in another way
only 80 characters of a line are printed.
Is there a special settings to adjust?

Are you sure that it is not a printer problem? Have you been able to print a printer test page successfully?

Are you using the correct driver for your print.
You may have to use an emulator type driver. (IE IBM PROPRINTER) just an Example. What printer are you using.

Hello,
Yes ,the printer print correctly all other report ,only with this report the problem occur .
i am using an epson driver Epson LQ-2550 .
this error occur only on windows 2000 ,if we print from a
windows 98 the printer print this report correctly .

Are you attempting to use the windows 98 print driver? Have you looked for an updated driver from the manufacturer? How are you printing to it? Is it a network printer, or are you sharing the printer out from the 98 machine?
