Usually a setting in the printer to truncate line lengths over 80 characters. The alternative setting is to line wrap.
There may also be line length settings. Both of these are covered in the manual.
But there are also OS and application settings that may affect it. Might help to know some of the details.

You probably need to post in a 2K oriented forum. This is going to be OS related but it isn't one I support or have any experience with.
You might try seeing if there are any MS patches that resolve the problem. Or a google search.
