Right-Click Menu on Start/Documents

The right click menu on Start/Documents in Windows 95 has stopped working. I no longer have the ability to delete a shortcut from here. Does anyone know how to turn it back on?

If you're using TweakUI, make sure that all drive letters are checked. This also happens with x-setup, Tweak All, etc.

Open your registry and navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Click on explorer to highlight.
Look in the right pane for this entry

NoChangeStartMenu
If you find it, delete it. Reboot.
