Right click EVERY time and explorer generated errors?

Whenever a user right clicks a file in a network location (this only occurs on one workstation) explorer generates errors and will be closed. This occurs every single time, and suddenly just started happening. It's been going on for about 2 months now.

I forgot to add....this is what i have for an event when i looked in the Event Viewer:

"The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted. "
