I am working on a Poster and I want to be sure that the black used on it will pop out strong. I tried to look for best values for a rich black but I found many different options. Which one is the best to go for?? How much difference I'll have at the end if I do not use the C=0 M=0 Y=0 K=100?
I also tried to look on graphics websites and everyone also works with different values.

I am working on Illustrator and I have only graphics on the Poster. The poster will be printed in a shiny paper.

Thanks,

I have had success with the C=40 M=30 Y=20 K=100 for a "fat black".

I would give a call to the printer you are going to use and see what they recommend. Every shop is different.

We use Cyan=50, Magenta=40, Yellow=30, Black=100. MY old shop used Pixelchik's settings.
