RFA question

One of my recent systems a 9.1(8) had Office Worker so i saw that there is an Office Worker Upgrade RFA that i thought would convert the Office Worker to a Power User. Added the 9.1 office worker upgrade and shows valid Office User Upgrade in both Sys Status and Manager but no profile options were unlocked; still looks like no change happened. Anyone see this?

What you did wrong is not calling a Avaya Partner before buying licenses.
A Office Worker to a Power User upgrade license only works if you have at least 5 valid Office Worker licenses installed.

I have 10 Valid Office Worker Licenses installed.
