I would really appreciate your views on my company's rewritten site which was designed very much with seo in mind.
I have an extensive list of horrors and would like some back up before I go off the deep end with various managers.
As a starting point, I found it well worth time googling for Duncton and felt the page structure was just a bit lacking. Do feel free to apply for finance. Owing to a slight technical issue all emails from proposals end up in my gmail account rather than where they are supposed to be.

I'm no expert, so I'll give you some input mostly from a user perspective, probably. [smile]

[li]Definite - the blurry faces in header - gotta go or be replaced/fixed. If it's from an old picture, and the old is not blurry, then something is wrong - I'd say find out what is the problem, and correct it.[/li]
[li]The options on left (as already stated) - each whole block should be "clickable," or at least the little arrows, not just the title - different people choose different spots to click.[ol][li]And actually, it seems to me that the designer just got lazy here. On the "Finance page", those similar areas in the middle of that page ARE clickable as a whole.[/li][/ol][/li]
[li]I'd like a clickable company logo (or clickable text title), as many people like to just look for a big header they can click to go "back to home"[/li]
[li]I may just be stoopid, but what is the "specialist vehicle finance ####.." supposed to be? It's an image that looks like it has an ID number at the bottom of it. Why in the world is that important? It may be a telephone number - if so, then maybe you do need it. [wink] And if a telephone number, I'd like to have it as text, so people can more easily just copy it out if they want - and perhaps it'd be better for search results based on telephone number?[/li]
[/ol]

Just a few thoughts from my perspective.

Absolutely, agree with all of that and all are to changed. The number is our phone number, as you say should be text

There are arrows on the leftnav which I expected to be able to click (web convention). They don't click
