Revolving Image

I'm currently the webmaster for the Marine forces Reserve, and I'm trying to update our website.

I'm running into a problem with trying to create and image on the homepage that automatically chenges every few seconds. I don't know if the feature is actually available in Frontpage, but if it is I would love to know where to find it, and if not I'm hoping someone can tell me wither the HTML or Java script for it.
