Hello,
I've seen some older posts on this topic and was wondering if anyone figured this out or if I should just shop for a new router.
I have an RV016 with latest firmware and 3 WAN connections load balancing.
I have a 5610SW IP phone with VPN firmware and a VPN license.
I have an IP Office 500 Version 5.8(8)
I have tried every possible configuration but can not get the configuration to work. I keep getting an error on the phone "IKE Phase1 no response". In the RV016 logs I can see the attempted connection but do not get any helpful information. Does the IP Office itself have a built in VPN server?
Unless someone has a suggestion to make this work I see one of two options.
1. Replace my router with a supported VPN device.
2. Set up a point to point VPN from the remote site to the office. For this option any suggestions of which routers would be able to VPN point to point to the RV016?
Thanks.
Eric
