Is there a way to review the CLID of past calls?

The application is to get the caller id of a call that was received a couple of calls ago.

If you have a Log space set for the phone under set telco features it will keep track of calls.

The call logging feature will allow you to set the system to log either all calls, or just missed calls on a per ext basis. As said earlier, just make sure you have log space allocated to that ext, and log set to Y on the lines you want to keep track of.

I'm having similar problems. I'm completely new to this so bare with me. If there isn't log space allocated to the ext, how do you go about getting log space? I have searched through the telco features but I'm not sure what to do from there. And also, how do you verfify which line your ext is on? The phone I am trying to add log space to is our main line with our general delivery mail box.
