REVERT FN NOT WORKING

I have set up a voicemail box and set the Revert DN to point to a specific DN rather than go to the operator if zero '0' is pressed while listening to the recored message greeting. The problem is that it is not working. It continues to go to the operator no matter what mail box I try this on. Any thoughts?

try a different dn. The attendant DN is used if the call is not successfully transferred to the mailbox defined revert number or the revert number is not specified at all.

What happens when you dial the DN you have defined as the revert. If it rings where you want it to then you may want to compare TGAR, NCOS and CLS settings of the VM agents with the set you used to directly dial the revert DN (in your test).
