Hello,

Here is my senario regarding Revert DN and orginating call

A call comes to DN 4444, the caller goes to the owners VM Box, then presses the zero option to the secretary's DN 4447. If the secretary doesnt answer the call, the call
should go back to the originnating DN 4444's vmail box and not the secretaries.

If I remember correctly the orginating DN will receive the message? At least I think it can because I've worked in company that was setup this way.

I am not sure if the change is on the PBX, TN or Call Pilot configuration.

Can someone confirm if its possible and where?

Thanks

Jorge

Don't believe it will, why would you want to go back to the mailbox, good way to piss someone off

Here is your answer, In a "0" out situation the caller will go to the zero out destinations mailbox. In a double callforward situation the caller will go to the originating mailbox. Two different senarios.....

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Thanks all for the feedback.

How would one setup a double call forward? ACD or phantom 500 TN?

Jorge

Double call forward usually refers to someone call forwarding their phone to another user on the PBX.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
