I am looking to create a reverse lookup zone. Our IP is 192.168.x.x. My question is do I create a reverse lookup 192.168.x.x or do I create seperate zones (for example 192.168.10.x , 192.168.11.x , 192.168.12.x , etc.

There is no right or wrong answer for this question. It really depends on how many different 192.168.x subnets you're trying to deal with. Traditionally, you'd put each subnet in its own pair of zone files: one for forward and one for reverse. But that's not a requirement. I myself have put completely unrelated A records in a forward zone file that don't even belong to us. (Just makes a frequently looked up site respond that much faster.
