Reverse DNS lookup failed for address 0.0.0.0

Getting Diagnostic: Reverse DNS lookup failed for address 0.0.0.0

For oracle backup but forward and reverse lookup with i/p address and name of that virtual machine is ok.

Can any one give me any idea on this?

I had the same error occur a few days ago. It turned out to be a firewall issue, we didn't have the correct ports opened.

Thank you jlh for giving me some input.
But here the problem is different. I fixed this by adding an entry of
0.0.0.0 xyz.com xyz
in the etc/hosts file on the physical server.
