My company is migrating from Office 2003 to Office 2007. Most of our licenses were purchased as 2007, but were used as 2003. Can we install 2007 with those licenses, or are they permanently downgraded to 2003?
Thanks for the help!

As I said in your post under the previous topic....
If you buy the license for 2007 and downgrade to 2003 (you provide the media), you should be able to re-install 2007 after uninistalling the 2003 machine. You cannot however use the 2007 license to set up some other machine... That would put you soooo out of compliance that Bill Gates would come out of retirement to getcha.... (just kidding)
But you would be out of compliance and that could get costly.

We would be installing the new program with the license that was used on that computer before, so it shouldn't be out of compliance. There won't be two programs with the same license.

That was what I thought, thanks.
