I have an access file where I have to type in the day. A form is used to enter data. Please tell me if there is a way to type in the first or first two letters of the day on the form; and, it will automatically put the day in for me.

Make the change to the table.

Then delete the field on your form. Add it to the form again from the field list.

It will appear as a combo box witht the day list.
