Returning calls from call logs

Customer has 1408 sets operating on ComMgr 5. They want to be able to return calls from the call log without editing. ARS is FAC = 9. I see no way around this.

On your trunk-group settings page 2 do you have the incoming caller number insert 9?

in your 46xxsettings file change the following
