return receipt generated when previewing mail

The option to "mark documents read when opened in preview pane" is not checked. Is there another option to check to make sure return receipts aren't generated?

Hi,

This should normally do the trick. Probably some bug on the machine. Which version of Notes are you using? Have you tried upgrading to the latest available version?

She's using R5, but I will try upgrading her to Notes 6 to see if that does the trick.
