When you get older you remember how the world was. How much better it was. How clearer the moon was...How good the logos were...Like Pan Am...and the Tek-tips horsey.
I have created a 46xx settings.txt file and image which you can upload to your IP Office to display a screensaver after 1 minute. After two minutes the backlight is turned off.
If you've never done it before, this could be a good way to help build your confidence before you do it in the wild.

Instructions:
Warning: If you have an existing 46xxsettings.txt file in you Primary folder in embedded file manager, make sure you download it and back it up before you make any changes.
1: For 9608, 9620 & 9630 only(unless you know how to customise the text file)
2: Upload the two files contained in either the Tek-tips or PanAm link above to your IP Office using Embedded File Manager. Place the files in the System>Primary folder.
3: Reset your IP phone's settings with CRAFT>reset
4: Reconfigure Network settings on handset if necessary.
5: Logo and instructions will be downloaded to the handset and automatically applied (and any other handset that resets in the future).
If you'd really like to see another retro logo, respond with what you're after, preferably with a SFW link to the image and I'll see what I can do.
