Morning all,

I have a user that accidently deleted her voicemail but didn't realize it until after a couple weeks passed and she can no longer recover it. I remember there was a way to retrieve it in Office Linx I believe using the IMAPSTE - Diagnostics and Configuration Tool. Would anyone know how to do this or have any suggestions to try to retrieve this deleted voicemail?

You mention IMAPSTE. Are you using on premise exchange 2016 integration or Microsoft graph? You should talk to your email team.

Unfortunately they don't know either. I remember a co-worker of mine showing me how to do it, but he is on leave for a month, and I need to try to get this done this week my regret was not taking better notes.

Lets start with the basics. What OfficeLinx Version are you on? What is your server setup? example: 2 voice servers, Consolidated server, backup consolidated server, number of CSE server? When you go into the user profile under synchronization options is it set to Database or IMAP/Synchronization?

If I'm reading it right, we are on Version 10. Our setup is Voice Servers.
