Hello

Having sent out a bulk email on behalf of a colleague I specified an incorrect 'reply to' address but with the correct domain.

I have used MS Exchange2010 trouble shooter to list the several emails that were sent as replies to the incorrect address.

How do I locate the actual messages and, more importantly, forward them to the correct address?

Many thanks!!

If the address doesn't exist, add it to your mailbox and if it is within the delivery period, the mails will get delivered.

If not, go into that mailbox and look at them.

Thanks for the reply Zelandakh.

Where is the delivery period defined?

If I just add the incorrect email as an SMTP address to my account, for example, and it falls within the delivery period of which you speak, will they just appear in my inbox?

How do I go to the mailbox of the incorrect address if it isn't an actual account on our domian?

Apologies for my ignorance!

By default it is 48 hours and is in the SMTP settings
Yes, it will appear in the Inbox
If it isn't in your domain then you'll need to redirect it to your address - will depend on your set up as to the best way to do that.
