Hi

Our mail server is switched off from time to time and when it is our emails all go to a single pop3 catchall account.

does anyone know how i can set up exchange to pick up all the mails from that account as soon as it comes online?

I am using exchange that comes bundled with SBS 2003.

thanks

Use the pop connector that comes with SBS to pull them in. Not sure how you'd process them, but that would be the mechanism.

Alternatively get your ISP to do mail back off for you where they have an MX20 for your domain and pump the emails to you when you are back online.

thanks Zelandakh, I'm going to test that out, as long as we dont lose emails I am happy. I will let you know what happens!

thanks
