Retrieving a password on a Cisco 350 Access Point

Is there some kind of way to retrieve a username and password without having to console in the the access point?

No.. you need the username and password to telnet and remote manage the AiroNet hardware.

There is a way to bypass all that but you need Cisco to talk you through it.
