Retrieve MS-ACCESS data into Oracle 7.3 database 1

Hi Experts,
I am using Oracle 7.3 database and Forms 4.5
I want to extract records from a table which is available in MS-ACCESS database.
How I do I ?
where can I get more details ?

You'll have to transfer the data from Access to Oracle database.

I don't want to import the data. I want to access the
ACCESS DATABASE data online from Form 4.5. That database is controlled and managed by another software.

Sorry for the delay Richard. In that case U can extract data from Access by connecting/ configuring thru ODBC. Do u want the data in SQL or Reports ???

Yes as you told, I have established a ODBC Datasource.
I want the data in Oracle Forms 4.5 / Developer 2000.
I am able to log into ODBC data source using (username: admin and database: ODBC:Access) But I am not able to get the tables. I am getting an error

PDE-PUP001[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]
Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table
or query "ALL_TABLES".Make sure it exists and its name is
spelled correctly.

I have given the correct spelling of the table name.
I am able to connect from SQL and Reports 2.5 and get the table data.

Please help.

Yes Richard, When u r getting in SQL, Reports, it should not create n e problems in Forms. Did u try to select a table thru the Form wizard ? I mean at which point does it show the error.

into lv_date, lv_time, lv_card from HistoryData;

here i get the problem/error. HistoryData is a table available in the Access database.

Where R u giving this SQL ? At SQL Prompt or in Forms ???

I am giving this SQL in (D2K 4.5) Oracle FORMS
- "WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE" trigger. Not in SQL prompt
