retrieve files after "QUICK FORMAT" in nero

Stupidly did a quick format of a DVD in nero. How can I retrieve the files that are still on there, but not viewable ?

There are data recovery programs out there that will do the job. Have a look in a few retailers and I'm sure you'll find one suitable. The only downside for you is you'll have to pay for it.
