retreive keycode

I had to reinstall a 4 port flash. Now when i F983 it asks for KEY. Is this the keycode. I tried to retreive it via KRS with the flash SN but it wasnt found. Should I be searching with the Norstar SN. If so its an 8x16 where do i find the sn.

Sounds like a Flash Light voice mail.
Key is optional I think...just press OK?
However if you did a reinstall you have lost any keys and will need to re-purchase.

Flash Light came with just mailboxes.
The key code opened up the CCR and Auto attendant I think.

When you configure a Flash the first time it will always prompt for a keycode. If you don't have one just press OK and continue configuring. You probably have a full voicemail and don't need a keycode.
