Hello all,

Today the server (desktop) with the config file on it, did have a major crash. Now the compagny is not able to retrieve a config file because when you enter the manager and look at the working directory it point to the 192.168.218.xx directory. This directory doesn't exist anymore and....... the don't have a backup...

So my question is.. Can i retrieve a config file right out of the ip-office?

Sorry for the bad english..

Yep, In Manager click File then Open Configaration, when the new window opens it will search for the IP Office if it does not find it enter, the IP Address in the botom right of the window also make sure the PC is in the same IP range. When it finds it tick the box next to the system and click OK then enter the Username and password and you use and you are in.
