Retention Period Problem 1

Hi,
i did a mistake in config for one client (set retention period to 8 Years instead 8 Weeks).
This client is one of 22 which is writig to the same pool
I was wondering why i was running out of space and found now my mistake
34 Tapes are involved where this client is one of many that has written to the tapes

How can i change the retention periond afterwards manually for this particular client that the "old" tapes got this "new" information also ?

Not for the client, but for all his save sets. The reason is that the client is not a changeable object of the media database.

The only choice you have is to change the retention date for each save set with "nsrmm -e new_retention_date".
