We have a user with a non-standard mouse button configuration. He uses the right mouse button as his standard "double-click" and his left mouse-button as his "properties click" button.
When using citrix applications, we have been unsucessful in having the mouse buttons stay "left-hand configured". This becomes quite confusing because when mousing outside of the citrix window the mouse responds to "left-hand" mousing configuration, but inside the citrix window, it works as defaulted - "right hand (standard) mousing configuration. Any suggestions appreciated.

Have you tried logging on a server session as the user an changing the setting in the control panel? You could also change the user's setting in their ntuser.dat file - the reg key is:

User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse]
Value Name: SwapMouseButtons
Data Type: REG_SZ (String Value)
Value Data: (0 for normal, 1 = swap buttons)

Good Call. I'm thinking about giving this user his own profile, copying his existing profile, logging in as the user to make the mouse change, then assign him a new mandatory profile. Thanks for the input.
