I have MICS 3.0 with a NVM. I am trying to allow a set to dial 411. First I created an override on the set for restriction 4 to allow 411 but that did not help. Then I went to the line pool that this set uses and created 411 overrides on all lines and she still cant get out to 411. Then I went back to set restrictions and completely removed the restriction on 411, still no luck. Anybody have any suggestions on what I’m missing? I do have an inquiry into Telco to see if they are blocking it but don’t have confirmation yet about that.

how do you dial 411 and what happens when you call it?

She's tried 411 and 9 411. She gets no message about lines being restricted on the phone display. She ends up with a fast busy. I'm supporting this site remotely so I'm not able to experience this for myself. Thanks for the reply.

check with CO to make sure they allow 411 dialing

go with what skully said because if it was restricted by your sytem then she should see RESTRICTED CALL in her display when she tries to dils that number.

Thanks guys, thats what i thought. i just wanted to be sure i wasnt missing something on the Norstar.
