Restricting relaying

There is a knowledge base article on this at:<br>

It's missing the graphics, but it is where I learned how.<br>
One thing it does not tell you is that you have to turn the NSFilter Plugin ON for any of this to work. Go to the Messenger Server, Plugins, Select ON, Restart Server, then you can go back to Plugins and configure this in the UBE section.<br>
