How do I program a single phone to not make long distance calls, except 1 - 800 and 1 - 888 numbers.(don't necessarily have to allow those, but, it would be nice ) Do I have to build a filter, if so how is that done.

Yes you need to build a filter.

F**266344
Password: 266344
Terms&sets: "show"
Show set: (enter ext.#)then "show"
Press "next" until you get to "restrictions" then "show"
Restrn filters: "show"
Show filter: (pick a filter, I like starting with 10),
then "show"
Press "add"
Restrn 01: "1" then "OK" (this will restrict any ext. assigned to this filter from being able to dial "1+ number)
Press "show" then "next"
No overrides: press "add"
Override 001: press "1800" then "OK", then "next"
Press "add"
Override 002: press "1888" then "OK", then "next"
Do this for all toll free #'s (877,866)
When done press "heading" twice
Restrn filters: press "next"
Set restrns: press "show" (this will assign the ext. to a filter)
Filters: press "show"
Normal: press "change"
Use filter: "10" then "next"
"Release"
Hope this makes sense.
