Hi everybody,

We have an emergency phone number *123, last week I found that the 'Do not Disturb' was activated on this phone. I found in command 200 an access code configured with A022 and A023. I don't want to delete these codes because people use them. So my question is:
Is it possible to set up *123 so that no Feature Access Code is activated on it ?

Thank you very much for your help.

Create a new service restriction class in command 15 that denys DND and assign it to the phone in question.

To be more specific you will need to check CMD 1202 for all extensions and find a code that isn't used, (most will probably be set to 1515 meaning 15 for day and 15 for night) for example lets say that 08 isn't used you can then go to Cmd 1519 de 08 de and set that to 0 which equals restricted. It would be best to compare settings with the used classes and set everything else the same so that you don't allow or deny something you don't want to inadvertantly. then set extension *123 to 08 (or whatever code you opt to use) in cmd 1202.

Thank you very much OzzieGeorge,
It's working!!!
