Is there anyway to setup a class of service that will not allow a user to change their voicemail password. I have a phone in a security office that i would like to restrict it to where the users can not change the voicemail password.

I am guessing this cant be done. The password policy editor affects the system globally

What types of access does this mailbox user have (phone, web or PC subscriber options)?

There is no way in the MM COS to restrict the password. There is only a way to restrict how to access the MM mailbox.
