Restrict traficc for MAC Address

[Tier2_Maracaibo]

I have 3 VLAN, VLAN 1 for Management, Vlan Vlan 2 for 3 for Data and VoIP. Voip is AVAYA IP Phone 1608 with MAC which is 00B4-4fxx-xxxx.
I need that 3COM 4500 switch ports where IP phones are placed only accept AVAYA devices. I wanted to create an ACL rule that filters the traffic but not how.

Which switches are you using?

I ask because on the 4800G for example there is a feature called vlan security which will I think will accomplish what you are after.
