Restrict Tenanted Access to Phonebook

Installing a 3300 MXE into a managed office, and there is a requirement to restrict access to the phonebook so that it only displays numbers (including alpha tag entries) to specific tenants. Is this possible at all? I vaguely remeber an option where you could restrict display of phone numbers by department or location as COS option, but is there something similar for tenanting?

I do not believe there still is anyway to only show a tenant their own phone book enteries. Sorry.
