Is there any way to restrict an outside caller from dialing zero, when within Audix? Automated attendant would be last resort for the application I need it for. Would COS or permissions help for this application? Any thoughts?

Thanks as always.

You can overide the system setting on a mailbox by mailbox basis, send them back into the same mailbox they are in. I think this would work if you put the covering extension in as the same as their own extension in the voicemailbox form.

I've never tried it, but I think it might work.

Paul is right - set the covering extension with their own extension. It creates an endless loop for those that press 0. I use this on several phone lines.
