Restrict phone user to add contacts IP office 1

Dear all,

can anybody explain me how to restrict a phone user to add contact in external contact list.I want to restrict user to add contact only o their personal directory.

That is what it is already.
There is no option to add contacts to the system wide contacts at all.
If there is then i have missed that completely

Well, yes there is.

In Manager:
User> User> System Phone Rights
To disable editing the system directory this has to be set to "None"
(and that is the default setting, so must have changed that to either Level 1 or 2)

And Sujeeshg, keep in mind that you disable other features for the users when setting them to "None", like editing the system time.
But if the users are flooding the External directory with personal contacts, that's probably a small price to pay.

Mr.Gunnaro is right.i assigned level one for a user and sh was adding all contacts to external.
