I want to know is there any possibility having in Accpac to restrict user by changing the session date . In addition to that is there any work to be done to restrict user by backdating document dates in Transaction screens . If you guys know any solution regarding with this please help me to get rid of . Have a nice day .

Actually it could be done via customization. Orchid has released a new product called View Extender that would allow you to inject business logic into almost any view within Sage. It would be possible to intervene when a user attempts to enter a transaction date that doesn't follow your rules and stop the user from performing that action. The business logic could be done by user as well. That means that the controller could be allowed to backdate a transaction where a regular clerk could not.

How that I've got your hopes up you'd really need to have a professional do this work for you. There are so many ways that you could break your Sage that you'd need to do some serious testing. Very serious testing.

Thanks both DjangMan ( Really appreciated your opinion ) and tuba2007 for responding to my thread .
