Restrict Call Fwd-Off Net Feature in COS

Hi!

I am trying to prevent off net redirection.

Here is the scenario i want to avoid:
agent receives a call, and presses transfer, dials an off net number be it local or long distance and presses transfer again and the call is completed.

I noticed that in the Class of Service configuration, there is an option to Restrict Call Fwd-Off Net. I set this to Yes. When I make a test call transfer, it goes through. When I try it with the feature set to No, and try to transfer a call, and it also goes through.

What have I missed?!

There is a global setting on 'change sys feat' page 1. Trunk to trunk transfer. The options are restricted, none, all.

Don't forget the trunk to trunk transfer option on the COS if you decide to set the system wide trunk to trunk transfer to restricted or all.
