I want to restrict a local user to only to login during certain hours. How is this done (machine is a stand alone machine not on a domain or an AD environment)?

Thank you

This only works for XP Pro.
Click Start->Run. type command press enter.

then in the prompt type:

net user yourusertorestrict /time:M-F,08:00-17:00
hit enter.

You can then type:
net user youtusertorestrict
and to see that the time restrictions got set.

This would restrict a user to login in from 8am to 5pm. however it wont force the user to logout after 5pm.
